Freeport A'Famosa Color Run 2024 - Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions
1.1. By registering for the Freeport A'Famosa Color Run 2024, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1.2. The event will take place on 15/9/2024 at the A'Famosa Resort.
1.3. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event details, including the date, time, and location, at their discretion.
2. Registration
2.1. All participants must complete the official registration form and pay the registration fee. 2.2. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
2.3. Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Participation
3.1. Participants must be at least 6 years old. Minors must have parental consent to participate.
3.2. All participants must wear the official event t-shirt and bib number provided at registration.
3.3. Participants should be in good health and physically capable of completing the run. It is recommended to seek medical advice if in doubt.
4. Safety and Conduct
4.1. Participants must follow the instructions of event officials and volunteers at all times. 4.2. The use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Participants should run in a safe and considerate manner, respecting fellow participants and the environment.
5. Color Stations
5.1. Colored powder used during the event is non-toxic and safe for skin and clothing. However, participants with respiratory conditions or allergies should take appropriate precautions.
5.2. It is recommended to wear protective eyewear and cover sensitive equipment like cameras and phones.
6. Liability
6.1. Participants understand that running in the event is potentially hazardous and assume all risks associated with participation
. 6.2. The organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
6.3. Participants waive any rights to claims for damages or compensation against the organizers arising from participation in the event.
7. Photography and Media
7.1. By participating, participants consent to being photographed and filmed during the event. 7.2. The organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media from the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management and communication. 8.2. The organizers will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Cancellation
9.1. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond control, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event
. 9.2. If the event is cancelled, the organizers will not be liable for any costs incurred by participants, including travel and accommodation expenses.
10. Agreement
